The Manoranjan TV Network, officially known as Creative Channel Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., is a prominent Indian media and entertainment company headquartered in New Delhi. Established in 1991 by Media Pioneer Mr. Babar Chopra. The company began its journey by producing documentary and advertising films. Over the years, it has evolved into a multifaceted media conglomerate with interests spanning television broadcasting, FM radio and digital media.
Manoranjan TV Network Launched their 1st TV channel – Manoranjan TV on 14th October, 2007, the channel initially focused on broadcasting Bollywood and Hindi-dubbed movies.
The ManoranjanTV Group expanded its reach by launching additional channels, including Manoranjan Movies, Manoranjan Grand, and Manoranjan Prime, catering to diverse regional audiences.

- Manoranjan TV Network :- offers a variety of shows catering to different age groups. Its current lineup includes:
- Fundaar
- Kissey Kahaniyan
- Chottu Dada
- Zabardast Kahaniyan
- Majedaar Kahaniyan
In addition to these, the channel features animated series such as The Jungle Book and Chacha Bhatija, appealing to younger audiences.
- Manoranjan Movies:- A Punjabi 24×7 movie and music channel, which transitioned from Hindi to Punjabi content in 2017.
- Manoranjan Grand:- Launched on August 15, 2019, Manoranjan Grand is s free-to-air entertainment channel which broadcasts animated series, comedy shows, and family dramas.
- Manoranjan Prime :- It is a Bhojpuri movie channel, adding to the group’s regional language offerings. It officially commenced broadcasting in March 2022.

Mr.Babar Chopra is a Delhi Based Entrepreneur, who has keen Interest for changing Landscape of Indian Broadcasting Industry through various product Offering through various Innovations founder and the promoter of ManoranjanTV Network. He established Creative Channel Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. in 1991. Under his prous leadership, Organisation ventured into satellite broadcasting, becoming one of India’s prominent Media entity.
Sahib Chopra (Director)
Mr.Sahib Chopra -President of ManoranjanTV Network. Also Holds important Management Position in Creative Channel Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of ManoranjanTV Network. Under his leadership, the group has expanded its portfolio to include multiple free-to-air channels catering to diverse regional audiences.
Sahib Chopra’s vision is to transform ManoranjanTV Network into a 360-degree media and entertainment powerhouse, encompassing various verticals such as broadcasting, content production and digital media.
Sahil Chopra (Director)
Mr.Sahil Chopra is currently serving as the Vice President at ManoranjanTV Network, a Hindi-language entertainment and movie channel owned by Creative Channel Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., in which he holds a directorial position in the company. Under his guidance, the ManoranjanTV Network has diversified its portfolio beyond traditional television broadcasting.
Working alongside Sahib Chopra, Sahil Chopra plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s growth and innovation strategies. Together, they are committed to broadening the group’s reach across different media verticals.
Neeru Sethi (Director)
Mrs.Neeru Sethi is a seasoned professional in the fields of advertising, marketing, and project management, with over 25 years of experience. Currently, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Creative Channel Advertising and Marketing Private Limited in Delhi, India, since February 2021.
Neeru Sethi has built strong expertise & Proven Track Record in project management, government relations, advertising strategy, and marketing leadership.
Alok Saxena (CEO, IshqFM)
With over 25 years of experience in the corporate world and more than 18 years of dedicated service to the Indian media industry, Mr. Alok Saxena stands as a distinguished leader in media sales and strategic brand development. Currently serving as the CEO of Ishq FM, he brings a customer-focused, high-performance culture to the organization, anchored in analytical acumen and a deep understanding of diverse media markets across India.
